•It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and protective materials.
•A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at ylontisrove@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Items on Sale
Unlike many stores, we value your satisfaction even on discounted items. Items purchased on sale are eligible for returns and refunds, provided they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.
6. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
