All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer Premium International Shipping to ensure your luxury accessories are handled with the highest standards.

•Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location in Europe, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days.

•Note: While we aim for speed, high demand or custom procedures in certain regions may extend this period up to 21 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key to our service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our European customers, we work closely with our logistics partners to minimize any additional fees. However, YLONTIS & ROVE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control—such as customs inspections, carrier strikes, or extreme weather—may cause delays.

•If you have not received your order within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ylontisrove@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
